This session will include a look at some recent cases and pronouncements along with planning opportunities available under current law and what we have learned in dealing with the Net Investment Income Tax. Attendees will:
• Be brought up to date on major developments in individual income tax law
• Become aware of planning opportunities and traps
• Hear about analysis of NIIT using two years of experience
