2020 is the year of a daunting global health crisis. At the same time, it is going to go down in business and technology circles as the great accelerant, bringing about overwhelming long-term digital transformation in a matter of months. To be sure, digital transformation was already underway on many fronts, however, no one could have predicted 2020 would become 2025 almost overnight.
