Accessing and Downloading Handouts
To access the available conference materials, click the "Handouts" tab to see the conference session materials currently available. Check back frequently for updated materials leading up to the conference. Please note printed presentation materials will not be distributed onsite at the conference. If you wish to have paper copies, you are encouraged to print them ahead of time and bring them with you to the conference. Onsite printing will only be available at the hotel business center and all fees will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Optional Workshop Materials
If you pre-registered for an Optional Workshop, materials will be provided in electronic format and will be available to you in the “Handouts” tab. Please note, printed Optional Workshop materials will not be distributed onsite at the conference. We recommend that you download these in advance and bring them with you on your laptop or mobile device. If you wish to have a paper copy, you are encouraged to print them ahead of time and bring them with you to the conference.

CPE Code Word Tracking Form
Upon check-in at the AICPA Registration desk, you will receive a CPE Code Word Tracking Form. This form is intended to be used as a resource to capture individual session code words that will be verbally announced twice during each session. Listen for the code word for each session you attend and record it. The code words will be required when you complete your Online Session Evaluations. Please note this form will not serve as your official CPE Transcript. This process is in compliance with NASBA standards for live (in-person) educational events that qualify for CPE credit.

Online Evaluations and CPE Transcript
Complete session evaluations in real-time or after the conference! Evaluations will be available 15 minutes prior to the end of each session. To access the speaker evaluations and your official CPE Transcript, click the "Evaluations & CPE Transcript" tab to see the available session evaluations. You will be required to complete the evaluations for the sessions you attend by first selecting the correct session code word. After completing at least one session evaluation, you must complete your overall conference evaluation to access your official CPE Transcript.

Archived Sessions
You will also have access to the recordings of the sessions offered with your registration. Recordings will be posted approximately 4 weeks after the conference concludes. Log back into the AICPAConferences.com and locate the session(s) you’d like to review by clicking the "Archives" tab under "My Account".
