Participants will gain the knowledge needed to anticipate possible future tax changes and consider what actions they can take now to begin planning for them.
- Review key business and international tax proposals from Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and details of President Trump’s second-term tax agenda
- Consider how the outcome of the November elections and the fiscal health of the U.S. economy may shape U.S. tax policy in 2021 and beyond
- Identify what tax policy changes affecting the oil & gas industry may be anticipated next year
- Evaluate methods of political analysis and understand which geopolitical issues are relevant along with analysis of possible outcomes
