Did you know that women are responsible for many of the attributes that make work teams and firm performance better? Intelligence, psychological safety and retention rises based on women’s expertise. Yet women’s levels of confidence rise more slowly than men and self-advocacy can create a “double-bind” which hinders career progress. Women make up 39% of global employment but account for 54% of overall job losses. Beyond potential job loss, women are also experiencing the pressure of childcare, racial inequality and mental-health challenges. During this course, we will take a look at data to illustrate the impact and the opportunity from the lens of different groups of women, including women of color. We will also site best methods to achieve resiliency and results - feeling empowered to accomplish, despite challenging times. Join RSM to discuss the current state of gender equality and what steps we can take to ensure progress for women continues.

The current virtual work environment that we're in is a whole new world for some organizations and firms. When the Coronavirus pandemic first hit, workplaces all over the world had to transition their day to day business dealings online - and many didn't have high expectations for success...
BUT, since March, some organizations are THRIVING in this new virtual work environment and seeing productivity levels soar. In this session, you'll hear from some of those organizations and learn how they got there. They'll touch on:
- the benefits of virtual working for firms
- myths vs realities
- the productivity changes
- the effects they've seen on work/life balance.

What do men and women have in common when it comes to leadership? Perhaps taking their team and company to the next level. Perhaps bringing more revenue into the company. Perhaps being the best they can be... But despite their similarities, men and women are hardly treated the same.
It's not a secret - "Women want to be treated equally - not Identically"™.
In this session, you'll learn how to advance the skills you already have as women leaders and propel yourself and your businesses, forward. No matter your level of expertise, you will walk away with a wealth of self-discovery and new concepts to grow yourself and your career in leadership through these seven keys to success in business - and life:
1) Passion
2) Authenticity
3) Courage
4) Communication
5) Decisiveness
6) Resilience
7) Generosity

We've heard how the Coronavirus pandemic has affected businesses and the workplace environment, now we touch on the bigger issue - family.
In this session, we'll discuss how the pandemic is affecting working parents. Our panelists will discuss the unique challenges and circumstances that each of the different age groups provide (based on personal experiences) in this ever evolving home schooling landscape, and provide key take aways that you can implement immediately to help relieve stress in the home.
Then, join one of the many smaller group discussions (based on children ages) to discuss your own experiences and hear stories from your peers.
